Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of advanced spa treatments while adhering to standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring a seamless client journey. Your core duties will include:

• Treatment Delivery: Conducting specialized beauty therapy treatments, including body sculpting, cellulite reduction, deep tissue massage, facials, holistic therapies, lymphatic drainage, oxygen treatments, reflexology, and skin clinic services.
• Compliance & Standards: Maintaining strict adherence to SOPs and client journey protocols to ensure consistency and high-quality service delivery.
• Continuous Learning: Actively participating in training sessions to expand your skill set and stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques.
• Client Engagement: Delivering personalized and professional treatments while fostering a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A degree in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
• Experience: Over two years of hands-on experience in beauty therapy, with a strong background in massage and facial treatments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in a variety of specialized treatments, including body sculpting, deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, and oxygen therapies. Additional expertise in holistic and skin clinic services is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: A calm and emotionally mature demeanor, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
