We are seeking a dedicated and experienced District Nurse/Specialist Nurse Practitioner to lead and support our high-performing team in delivering exceptional patient care within the Berwickshire locality. This is a full-time, permanent position at band 6, offering 36 hours per week.

• Clinical Leadership and Line Management: You will oversee a dedicated District Nursing Team, providing nursing care to a defined patient caseload, ensuring patients remain independent in their own homes.
• Excellent Time Management and Prioritisation Skills: Essential for balancing workload and meeting patient needs effectively.
• Commitment to Professional Development: You will foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team, driving person-centered care.
• Community Nursing Experience and Qualifications: Essential, with a Specialist Qualification in Community Nursing (District Nursing or equivalent).
• Weekend Rota Participation: Required to ensure 24/7 patient care.
