• Data Entry: Accurately enter, update, and maintain company data, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to managers and team members, prepare documents, and coordinate meetings.
• Record Management: Maintain confidential records, organize digital filing systems, and ensure compliance with data security policies.
• Communication Coordination: Respond professionally to internal requests, collaborate with departments, and provide timely updates.
• Reporting & Quality Assurance: Generate reports, monitor data accuracy, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in data entry or administrative support, excellent typing speed and accuracy, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience working remotely, familiarity with CRM systems, and knowledge of digital document management systems.
