The Senior Prequalification and Registration Specialist is a pivotal role responsible for managing the prequalification process with consultants, ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities for our products. This position requires a techno-commercial professional with strong communication skills to effectively present and secure registrations for our company's offerings.

• Prequalification Management: Oversee the prequalification process, maintain documentation, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure all requirements are met.
• Registration with Authorities: Manage the registration process, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and submit necessary documentation for approvals.
• Vendor List Management: Ensure the company is listed on approved vendor lists, maintain records, and liaise with consultants and authorities to address any issues.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, ensure proper filing of documentation, and prepare regular reports on prequalification and registration status.
• Communication and Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact, coordinate with internal teams, and address queries promptly.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, conduct regular reviews, and implement improvements.
• Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events with consultants to facilitate processes, manage logistics, and ensure objectives are met.
• Techno-Commercial Expertise: Deliver presentations to consultants, communicate product benefits effectively, and engage with consultants to provide tailored solutions.
• Language Proficiency: Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic, and prepare translations as needed.

Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in prequalification, registration, or regulatory compliance roles, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and fluency in both English and Arabic.
