This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee the engineering and maintenance operations of our world-class hotel, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing the daily operations of the engineering department, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Managing and developing a team of engineers and maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensuring the hotel's infrastructure and systems are functioning optimally, minimizing downtime and maximizing guest comfort.
• Collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Adhering to brand standards, safety protocols, and environmental sustainability practices.
• Monitoring and controlling budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing profitability.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
