The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering, monitoring, and supporting our enterprise infrastructure across Linux, Windows Server, and containerized environments. This role requires a strong background in Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and a dedication to ensuring secure, stable, and highly available technology environments.

• Administer, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Manage and support Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
• Administer clusters and maintain high-availability configurations.
• Deploy, monitor, and support containerized infrastructure and applications.
• Monitor system health, availability, capacity, and performance.
• Perform system installations, configurations, upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, operating system, cluster, and application platform issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage system access, permissions, configurations, and security controls.
• Support backup, recovery, and business continuity procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application, network, database, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system health reports.
• Recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related IT field, with a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience in systems administration or infrastructure operations. Strong hands-on experience administering Linux and Windows Server environments, along with practical experience in Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes, is essential.
