As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled Track Maintenance Depot Manager to oversee critical railway maintenance operations in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of railway track and infrastructure maintenance activities. Your core duties will include:

• Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement comprehensive annual, monthly, and weekly operational maintenance plans in strict alignment with predefined Maintenance Plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to project timelines.
• Infrastructure Monitoring: Continuously assess the condition and performance of railway tracks and associated infrastructure, proactively identifying potential risks and ensuring maintenance teams are prepared to respond swiftly to operational incidents.
• Data Management: Maintain and update the maintenance management database on a daily basis, documenting completed and pending activities while coordinating both scheduled and corrective maintenance tasks to uphold operational integrity.
• Work Order Supervision: Issue detailed instructions for the preparation of maintenance work orders and meticulously review completed reports to verify compliance with technical standards and project specifications.
• Technical Oversight: Supervise all railway track and infrastructure maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and the company’s stringent quality standards.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical reports on maintenance plan compliance, work progress, and incident investigations, providing actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Software Utilization: Manage maintenance records using the project’s designated maintenance management software, leveraging tools such as IBM Maximo or CMMS to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: A university degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Works Engineering, or an equivalent discipline, with a preference for candidates holding an MSc or equivalent qualification.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in railway construction and/or maintenance contracts, with a strong preference for candidates with prior involvement in High-Speed Rail (HSR) projects.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ADIF railway track and infrastructure technical standards, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory frameworks.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and maintenance management software such as IBM Maximo or CMMS.
• Leadership and Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Relocation and Mobility: Full availability and willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia for the duration of the project, with the ability to adapt to the local work environment and cultural context.
• Safety and Compliance: Valid Occupational Health & Safety training certification, ensuring a proactive approach to risk management and workplace safety.
• Language and Communication: Fluent English language skills (spoken and written) at a B2 level or higher, enabling effective communication with international teams and stakeholders.
• Driving License: A valid Category B driving license to facilitate mobility within the project site and surrounding areas.
