Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day project operations, including resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, and on-site supervision to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery.
• Financial Stewardship: Develop and monitor comprehensive project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, providing actionable insights to mitigate financial risks and optimize resource utilization.
• Quality & Compliance Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety protocols, technical specifications, and regulatory standards, ensuring every deliverable meets the highest benchmarks.
• Risk Mitigation & Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential project risks and implement proactive solutions to preempt delays, cost overruns, or operational disruptions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams, fostering transparent communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Technical Oversight: Review and approve critical project documentation, including technical drawings, material submittals, method statements, and work programs, to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.
• Team Empowerment: Lead and mentor project teams by providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and performance guidance to cultivate a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Procurement & Supply Chain Management: Coordinate procurement schedules and supplier relationships to ensure timely material and service deliveries, minimizing project disruptions.
• Documentation & Closure: Oversee the preparation of all project documentation, such as handover files, as-built drawings, and closeout reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness for seamless project transition.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are seeking a **highly qualified professional** with a proven track record in project management, equipped with the technical expertise and leadership acumen to excel in this role. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A **Bachelor’s degree** in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, complemented by **substantial experience** in managing medium to large-scale construction or landscape projects.
• Deep knowledge of **project management methodologies**, construction processes, and site operations, with proficiency in industry-standard tools such as **MS Project or Primavera**.
• Exceptional **leadership, communication, and decision-making skills**, coupled with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while balancing multiple priorities.
