ERP Specialist (D365 FinOps)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented ERP Specialist (D365 FinOps) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business requirements across Finance, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain functions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing ERP performance, ensuring data integrity, and driving process improvements that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• System Maintenance and Support: Monitor ERP systems proactively to identify and resolve system issues, bugs, and user-reported problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align ERP functionalities with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
• Requirements Analysis and Solution Design: Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Vendor and Consultant Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with ERP vendors and external consultants to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges and access to the latest system updates.
• Data Analytics and Reporting: Develop automated dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable business intelligence across departments, enabling informed decision-making.
• Data Management and Integration: Design, build, and maintain centralized data repositories, including data warehousing solutions, to support advanced analytics and reporting needs. Develop and manage integrations with Dynamics 365 to enhance financial, operational, and internal audit processes.
• User Training and Support: Deliver comprehensive ERP training sessions and provide ongoing support to department users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing system features to maximize productivity.
• Strategic Planning and Initiative Support: Assist in planning and organizing departmental goals and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of ERP systems and business processes.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the following skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Information Technology, ERP system support, or a related field, with a strong understanding of software development principles.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to create detailed reports and presentations.
• Language Skills: Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English, with a strong grasp of technical terminology to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, make data-driven decisions, and implement effective solutions.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
