Key Responsibilities:

• Event Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define event objectives, target audiences, and key deliverables. Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets that align with business goals and client expectations.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Partner with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to secure top-tier services, venues, and resources. Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure all logistics are executed with precision and professionalism.
• Creative & Conceptual Development: Lead the creative direction of events, from thematic design and branding to interactive experiences and technology integration. Stay ahead of industry trends to deliver innovative, engaging, and culturally relevant event concepts.
• On-Site Coordination: Oversee event execution with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring smooth operations, timely adjustments, and adherence to safety protocols. Act as the primary point of contact for attendees, speakers, and partners to resolve issues and enhance the guest experience.
• Post-Event Analysis & Reporting: Gather feedback from attendees, stakeholders, and team members to assess event success. Prepare detailed reports, including ROI analysis, attendee satisfaction metrics, and recommendations for future improvements.
• Budget & Resource Optimization: Monitor event budgets closely, identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to maximize value.
