We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of multi-million-dollar banking platform implementations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This pivotal role bridges strategic customer engagement with rigorous project governance, ensuring seamless delivery while fostering long-term client success. As a trusted advisor to CXO-level executives, you will align technical excellence with business objectives, driving operational efficiency and scalable growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your expertise will shape the trajectory of high-impact projects while cultivating strategic partnerships. Your responsibilities include:

• Strategic Program Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of complex banking platform implementations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and risk mitigation strategies. Maintain unwavering visibility into project health, resource allocation, and stakeholder alignment without micromanagement.
• Executive-Level Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between Intellect and senior leadership within client banks, including CEOs, CIOs, and COOs. Act as a strategic advisor to ensure project outcomes directly contribute to the client’s long-term business vision and operational excellence.
• Customer-Centric Delivery: Go beyond project completion by driving post-implementation success, ensuring clients achieve their core strategic goals. Leverage deep relationship insights to identify upsell and expansion opportunities, fostering mutually beneficial growth.
• Technical & Functional Oversight: Collaborate closely with onsite technical leads and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure seamless integration of cloud-native architectures, Full-Stack Java/J2EE systems, and banking ecosystem solutions. Maintain a high-level technical acumen to navigate complex dependencies and challenges.
• AI-Driven Innovation: Proactively integrate AI and automation tools into project governance, planning, and reporting to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Champion modern workflows that accelerate delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Cross-Functional Governance: Lead cross-functional teams to align delivery strategies with business objectives, ensuring alignment between technical execution and client expectations. Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize resource utilization and mitigate risks proactively.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

We are looking for a highly accomplished Program Manager with a proven track record in delivering large-scale financial technology initiatives. Your profile should align with the following:

• Domain Expertise: Deep specialization in Corporate Banking or Transaction Banking (TB), with a preference for candidates with extensive experience in commercial banking IT projects. Familiarity with the regulatory and operational nuances of the Middle Eastern banking sector is essential.
• Technical Leadership: Strong background in open-architecture, Full-Stack Java/J2EE, and cloud-native platforms, with the ability to translate technical complexities into actionable strategies. Experience with banking ecosystem integrations and modular financial systems is a significant advantage.
• Governance & Execution: Demonstrated mastery in project planning, risk management, and delivery governance, with a focus on scalable, repeatable processes. Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Strategic Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build trust and credibility with executive stakeholders, including CXOs and board members. Proven success in identifying and capitalizing on account growth opportunities through consultative selling and relationship expansion.
• AI & Process Automation: Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools, process automation, and modern workflows to streamline project delivery. A forward-thinking mindset to adopt emerging technologies that enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Communication & Influence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, tailored for boardroom presentations, executive briefings, and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
