Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

• Project Design and Planning: Collaborate with architects, project managers, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive design plans for civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and utility systems. Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PE, PMP) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in project design, execution, and management. Experience in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in industry-standard engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Licensing and Certifications: Valid engineering license (e.g., Saudi Council of Engineers certification) and adherence to professional ethics and standards.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required. Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
