Key Responsibilities

You will lead a dynamic team in executing high-impact financial initiatives, including:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and manage annual budgets, multi-year forecasts, and financial models that align with Qiddiya’s long-term vision and departmental priorities. Ensure financial plans are robust, scalable, and adaptable to market dynamics.
• Performance Insights and Analysis: Conduct in-depth variance analysis to assess financial performance against targets, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Present findings with clarity and precision to stakeholders at all levels.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Design and maintain financial dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs). Leverage data to support strategic investments, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, operations, and business units to gather actionable insights, resolve financial discrepancies, and ensure cohesive financial governance across the organization.
• Investment and Viability Assessment: Support financial modeling efforts to evaluate high-priority projects, investments, and partnerships. Assess financial viability, ROI, and risk factors to inform strategic decisions.
• Industry Excellence: Stay ahead of emerging financial trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial planning. Continuously refine processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and strategic impact.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, coupled with 6+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), financial modeling, or a similar senior finance role. Experience in a large-scale, dynamic organization is a significant advantage.
• Analytical Rigor: Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail. The ability to dissect complex financial data, uncover hidden patterns, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (including Power Query, PivotTables, and VBA), and financial software. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
• Communication and Influence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to present financial insights confidently to executives, board members, and cross-functional teams. Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-finance stakeholders.
• Strategic Mindset: A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on driving operational excellence. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance short-term financial needs with long-term strategic goals.
