Your Impact

As the face of Macro and our client’s facility, your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of frontline duties designed to create a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment. Your role is central to maintaining the highest standards of service, ensuring smooth operations, and safeguarding the client’s reputation. You will be entrusted with:

• Representing Macro with Distinction: Uphold the company’s reputation through impeccable interactions with clients, suppliers, internal teams, and visitors. Your professionalism and courteous demeanour will reflect Macro’s commitment to excellence in every encounter.
• Delivering Exceptional Guest Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, including VIPs, ensuring they receive warm, informative, and seamless assistance. Your ability to anticipate needs and resolve inquiries with empathy will elevate the client’s perception of service quality.
• Operational Excellence: Manage administrative tasks with precision, including call handling, message logging, and coordination of meetings. Your organizational skills will ensure smooth workflows, from restocking office supplies to assisting with event logistics and venue setup.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between internal departments (e.g., maintenance, IT, procurement) and external stakeholders. Your proactive communication will facilitate collaboration and ensure all operational needs are met promptly.
• Maintaining Premium Standards: Oversee the cleanliness, tidiness, and professional appearance of the front office and entire facility. Adherence to policies, such as the Clean Desk Policy, will be non-negotiable, reflecting Macro’s dedication to order and professionalism.
• Problem-Solving and Accountability: Identify and escalate concerns that could impact the client’s operations or reputation. Your attention to detail and commitment to closing out issues effectively will ensure long-term satisfaction and operational integrity.
• Supporting Corporate Initiatives: Assist in preparing client reports and contributing to administrative tasks that support Macro’s strategic goals. Your versatility will enable you to adapt to evolving needs and support the facility’s success.
