Key Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End IT Operations: Oversee comprehensive IT infrastructure across multiple offices and business locations, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical systems.
• Drive Digital Workplace Excellence: Manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune environments to enhance productivity and collaboration. Implement modern workplace technologies while ensuring seamless integration with networking, servers, and endpoint security solutions.
• Strengthen Cybersecurity and Compliance: Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity policies, compliance protocols, and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard business operations. Ensure alignment with Saudi cybersecurity and data protection regulations while mitigating risks proactively.
• Support Business Expansion: Oversee IT infrastructure for new office openings, corporate events, and business launches, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
• Manage IT Budgets and Procurement: Allocate IT resources effectively, manage vendor relationships, and oversee software licensing and third-party service providers to optimize costs and performance.
• Provide Executive-Level Technology Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, delivering strategic insights and ensuring that collaboration technologies—such as meeting rooms and digital tools—operate flawlessly.
• Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams: Mentor and coach IT professionals, fostering a culture of service excellence, innovation, and continuous learning to drive operational success.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Six or more years of progressive IT experience, with at least four years in a managerial role. Proven track record in managing multi-site IT operations and leading cross-functional teams.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, networking (including firewalls and VPNs), and endpoint security solutions. Experience with IT vendor management, budget oversight, and outsourced service providers.
• Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with Saudi cybersecurity and data protection regulations is highly desirable.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners effectively.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Microsoft Azure, CISSP/CISM, or Cisco.
• Experience in fast-paced industries such as real estate, construction, or multinational corporations.
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, AI, and digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on scalable and innovative solutions.
