Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise ICT integration projects, from demand analysis and solution design to cost estimation, project delivery, and post-sales support. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Pre-Sales Innovation: Engage in technical communication, on-site research, and proof-of-concept (PoC) development to validate solutions. Lead solution design and product testing to anticipate client requirements and market trends.
• Competitive Bidding Strategy: Deconstruct tenders, prepare bid documents, and craft compelling technical responses. Compile tailored solutions and competitive quotations to secure high-value contracts.
• Project Execution & Delivery: Develop and execute implementation plans, allocate resources, and manage delivery teams. Monitor and approve scheme and cost changes while providing hands-on technical training, consultation, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth client adoption.
• Technical & Operational Excellence: Troubleshoot complex issues across networks, servers, storage, and virtualization environments. Handle emergency fault resolution and maintain proactive customer relations to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ecosystem & Supplier Management: Build and nurture regional partnerships, evaluating and managing local suppliers and agents to expand market reach and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Management, Electronic Information Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in large or medium-sized ICT/DICT project management, technical support, or industry informatization consulting. Proven ability to understand and address the digital transformation needs of key industries, identifying pain points and designing tailored solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of networking hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, load balancers, wireless networks, KVM) and software solutions. Expertise in storage, server, virtualization, and disaster recovery technologies. Familiarity with mainstream public clouds (Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Tencent Cloud, AWS, Azure) is essential.
• Advanced Skills: Preferred experience in solution design and technical support for private/hybrid cloud, big data, IoT, AI, and 5G technologies. Certifications such as CISSP, CISP, CCNP, HCIP, ACP, VMware, or PMP are a significant advantage.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both spoken and written English. Proficiency in Chinese is mandatory.
