Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Relations

Act as SEVEN's primary liaison with local and international partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across industries. Your ability to build and maintain these connections will be critical to the success of thematic projects and the broader business objectives.

Budget Management

Oversee the financial stewardship of your unit by ensuring strict adherence to the approved budget. You will supervise budget utilization across all thematic functions, guaranteeing that expenditures align with strategic priorities and financial guidelines. This includes monitoring spending trends, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain fiscal responsibility.

Governance and Operational Compliance

Champion operational excellence by ensuring that all team activities comply with SEVEN's policies, procedures, and industry standards. You will lead the day-to-day operations of your team, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and adherence to best practices. People Management and Development

Concept Development

Translate SEVEN's brand identity into compelling thematic concepts that immerse guests in unforgettable experiences. Develop detailed thematic plans, including visual narratives and storytelling elements, to ensure alignment with the brand vision. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be instrumental in crafting cohesive, engaging themes that resonate with audiences.

Design and Aesthetics

Curate the visual identity of thematic elements by selecting appropriate design components such as color schemes, textures, and materials. Ensure thematic consistency across all visual elements to maintain a cohesive aesthetic. Your expertise in creating sketches, storyboards, mood boards, and visual presentations will effectively communicate design intent and thematic narratives. Additionally, develop 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials to showcase design proposals with precision and impact.

Project Coordination

Collaborate closely with designers, contractors, and vendors to seamlessly integrate thematic elements into projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that thematic elements are integrated throughout all areas of the project, from initial design to final execution. Your project management skills will be essential in aligning diverse stakeholders and delivering cohesive, high-quality outcomes.

Quality Control

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or a related field.
• Master's degree in 3D Animations, Special Effects, or a similar discipline is highly desirable.
• Certifications in technical construction fields (e.g., LEAD) are a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a management role.
• Proven experience in real estate development and entertainment theme parks is essential.
