Your Role as a Junior Partnerships Associate

In this pivotal entry-level position, you will play a key role in driving strategic partnerships that amplify Snap’s presence and success among international brands advertising in the Saudi market. You will collaborate closely with our Center of Excellence to design and execute high-impact programs that foster brand growth and engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside cross-functional teams, including Executive Leadership, Talent Partnerships, Marketing, Creative Strategy, Communications, Sales, and Global teams, ensuring seamless alignment and execution of initiatives that resonate with our global vision.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and operational tasks, including:

• Market and Partner Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends, providing data-driven insights that inform our partnership strategies and enhance our competitive edge.
• Pitch Development and Proposals: Assist in crafting compelling pitch materials, proposals, and executive briefing documents that effectively communicate Snap’s value proposition to potential partners and stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of partnership programs, fostering collaboration and accountability across departments.
• Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and prepare detailed reports that highlight progress against partnership and business objectives, enabling informed decision-making.
• Event Activation: Support the planning and execution of on-ground activations and brand presence at high-profile national events, ensuring that Snap’s innovative solutions are showcased in a dynamic and engaging manner.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional with a passion for marketing, partnerships, and the Snap ecosystem. To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in business, communications, marketing, or a related field is required. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential to effectively engage with local and international stakeholders.
• Technical and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is highly desirable, along with the ability to analyze datasets and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and prioritization abilities, and a keen attention to detail are critical for success in this fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and Collaboration: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to evolving priorities, and work effectively with teams at all levels of the organization is paramount. A collaborative mindset and a passion for Snapchat and marketing will set you apart.
