Key Responsibilities

• Financial Record Management: Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain meticulous records of assets, liabilities, profits, losses, and tax liabilities.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments. Develop and maintain budgets, comparing actual costs against projections to identify variances and provide data-driven recommendations.
• System Implementation and Optimization: Develop, implement, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, leveraging current technology to enhance efficiency. Ensure real-time availability of financial reports and maintain proficiency in assigned accounting software.
• Strategic Financial Insights: Provide financial insights to management by projecting future revenues and expenses. Support decision-making processes with accurate, timely, and well-presented financial data.
• Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure all financial reports and analyses reflect true and accurate representations of the business. Verify the integrity of data presented in graphs and reports to maintain transparency and trust.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Contributions: Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company policies and Integrated Management Systems (IMS).

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and best accounting practices. Familiarity with financial markets, banking, and financial reporting standards is essential.
• ERP and Software Skills: Preference for candidates with experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP functional skills, to ensure seamless integration and efficient financial management.
• Analytical and Reporting Expertise: Ability to analyze complex financial data, interpret trends, and present findings in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all financial records and reports.

Education and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts and Finance from a recognized institution.
• Professional qualification from the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) is highly preferred.
