  • Change Management: Influence stakeholders across Finance, Data, Digital, and Business domains to drive adoption of a data-first finance operating model, leveraging strong change management and communication skills to facilitate organizational alignment.
  • Analytical Excellence: Interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, while ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting and controlling processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced-level expertise in SAP ERP / S/4HANA, Business Intelligence & Reporting Solutions (e.g., DFL, SE Intel), and data governance frameworks.
  • Functional Expertise: Deep understanding of finance data governance, financial reporting, controlling processes, and finance transformation methodologies, with hands-on experience in ERP deployment programs.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, change management, and influencing skills, coupled with strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and strategic thinking capabilities. Proficiency in communication and presentation is essential for engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Cultural Agility: Proven ability to thrive in a complex, international, and multicultural environment, with a track record of collaborating effectively across geographies and functions.

Education & Experience

Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field. Candidates must demonstrate significant experience in Finance, Data Management, Finance Transformation, or ERP deployment programs, with a strong foundation in financial processes and reporting.
