Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Integration Developer (Informatica) to join our dynamic team at Integrated Solutions Tawantech in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Data Integration Development: Design, develop, and optimize complex data integration workflows using Informatica PowerCenter to facilitate efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• System Architecture & Design: Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define data integration requirements and propose scalable solutions that align with business objectives and technical standards.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze and enhance the performance of existing ETL processes, ensuring minimal latency and maximum throughput for critical data pipelines.
• Data Quality & Governance: Implement data quality controls, validation rules, and governance frameworks to maintain data integrity, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve integration issues, providing timely technical support to end-users and ensuring uninterrupted data availability for business operations.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of data solutions. Mentor junior developers and share best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, workflows, and configurations. Prepare reports on system performance, data trends, and integration metrics for stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Informatica PowerCenter, including proficiency in developing mappings, workflows, and data transformations. Familiarity with Informatica Data Quality and Informatica Cloud is a plus.
• Programming & Scripting: Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for data manipulation and automation.
• Database Management: Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Data Modeling: Experience with data modeling tools and techniques, such as ER diagrams, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing concepts (e.g., Kimball, Inmon).
• Cloud & Big Data: Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is desirable but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Informatica, data integration, or related fields (e.g., Informatica Certified Professional) are highly advantageous.
