As a Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, enhancing Mnzil’s brand visibility, and driving meaningful engagement with our diverse audiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, take ownership of key projects, and contribute innovative ideas that propel our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and implementation of integrated online and offline marketing campaigns to amplify brand awareness and drive conversions.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and marketing collateral to resonate with our target audience.
• Social Media Management: Oversee our social media channels by curating content, fostering community engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize reach and impact.
• Email Marketing: Support the design, execution, and monitoring of email marketing initiatives, including newsletters and automated workflows, to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools, providing data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance results.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with design, product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives and initiatives.
• Project Management: Maintain organized marketing calendars, ensuring timely delivery of projects and seamless coordination across teams.

Your Ideal Profile

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with the following qualifications:

• Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with startup or agency experience.
• Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Creativity & Attention to Detail: A creative mindset coupled with meticulous attention to detail to produce compelling and polished marketing materials.
• Adaptability: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Independence & Ownership: A self-starter who takes initiative and drives projects to completion with minimal supervision.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva is a valuable asset.
