Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Corporate Finance to join our dynamic team in Dammam or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Head of Corporate Finance and play a critical part in managing financing activities, banking relationships, debt portfolio administration, and strategic financing initiatives across all AEW entities. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving financial excellence, optimizing capital structures, and ensuring the seamless execution of corporate finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financing & Debt Management

• Lead and support the execution of corporate finance transactions across all AEW entities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
• Collaborate closely with lenders, banks, financial advisors, rating agencies, and legal counsel to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
• Assist in the meticulous review of financing proposals, term sheets, and facility documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor existing facilities, repayment schedules, and covenant compliance to mitigate risks and maintain financial health.
• Provide critical support during credit rating exercises to enhance AEW’s financial standing and credibility in the market.
• Maintain comprehensive financing databases, debt schedules, and facility documentation to ensure transparency and accessibility of financial data.

Banking Relationship Management

• Cultivate and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with key banking partners to foster trust and collaboration.
• Coordinate lender information requests, facility renewals, and amendments with precision and timeliness.
• Track facility utilization, pricing structures, limits, and renewal requirements to optimize banking relationships and financial terms.

Corporate Finance Operations

• Support liquidity planning for corporate finance transactions, ensuring optimal cash flow management and financial stability.
• Oversee the execution of corporate finance payments, guaranteeing adherence to schedules and compliance with financial obligations.
• Monitor bank accounts to ensure the availability of sufficient funds to meet corporate finance obligations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Facilitate the timely issuance and renewal of bid bonds, performance bonds, and letters of credit (LCs) to support project execution.
• Administer Equity Bridge Loan facilities with a focus on efficiency and strategic alignment with AEW’s financial goals.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Develop and maintain corporate finance exposure reports and debt schedules to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Keep lender information packs, including Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, up to date to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Conduct financial analysis in support of financing initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance financial performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CFA, or CTP are highly desirable.
• A minimum of five years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Corporate Banking, Credit Administration, or Financial Institutions. Prior experience within infrastructure, energy, utilities, project finance, or holding company environments is strongly preferred.
