Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Supervise Maintenance Teams: Direct, mentor, and oversee a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all tasks are executed efficiently and in alignment with company standards.
• Coordinate Maintenance Operations: Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency across all facilities.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Diagnose and address technical and operational challenges promptly, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.
• Ensure Compliance and Safety: Enforce adherence to safety regulations, maintenance protocols, and industry best practices to safeguard personnel and assets.
• Resource and Budget Management: Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, while managing budgets to optimize cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, generating comprehensive reports for management and compliance purposes.
• Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement innovative solutions to elevate maintenance standards and operational efficiency.

Core Requirements:

• Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in supervisory or managerial roles within facility maintenance, construction, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance practices, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of organization in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
• Certifications and Qualifications: Preference for candidates with relevant certifications such as OSHA, EPA, or industry-specific maintenance credentials. Prior experience in facility management or contracting is highly advantageous.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environmental conditions.
• Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with maintenance management software, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and other relevant tools.
