Management Trainee Program Overview

Our Management Trainee Program is a rigorous 12-month developmental initiative meticulously crafted to nurture and transform high-potential Saudi engineering professionals into the future leaders of our manufacturing operations. This program is designed to provide an immersive learning experience that combines theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on exposure across critical operational domains.

During the first nine months, trainees will participate in a structured job rotation program, gaining comprehensive experience in key departments such as Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), Quality Assurance, Production Operations, and Maintenance. This rotational phase ensures a holistic understanding of our manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality standards. The final three months of the program will focus on a targeted placement within a primary operational function, where trainees will undertake specialized project management responsibilities, further honing their leadership and technical skills.

Eligibility & Requirements

To qualify for the Management Trainee Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Nationality: Must be a Saudi national (mandatory).
• Age: Between 24 and 30 years old.
• Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
