About the Role

Our esteemed client, a leading and well-established medical device company, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join their dynamic team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This critical position is exclusively open to Saudi nationals, in compliance with local Saudization regulations. The ideal candidate will serve as a pivotal link between our organization, healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers, ensuring the safe, effective, and confident use of our medical technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Guidance and Education: Provide expert clinical guidance, education, and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, fostering a deep understanding of product usage and best practices.
• Product Demonstrations and Training: Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and clinical training sessions to healthcare teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and optimal product performance.
• Patient Onboarding and Follow-Up: Facilitate seamless patient onboarding processes and conduct follow-up activities to monitor patient outcomes, address concerns, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to coordinate support activities and deliver consistent, high-quality service across all touchpoints.
• Clinical Enquiry Management: Respond promptly and accurately to clinical inquiries, providing evidence-based product-related guidance and resolving issues to maintain customer trust and confidence.
• Educational Initiatives: Lead and support educational programs and awareness campaigns within the healthcare community to promote the adoption of innovative medical technologies and improve patient care standards.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of all clinical support activities, ensuring compliance with relevant clinical, regulatory, and quality standards to uphold organizational integrity and patient safety.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license or registration in Saudi Arabia, with no restrictions on practice.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on nursing experience, preferably within a clinical or hospital setting.
• Proven experience in the medical device industry, patient care, or a closely related healthcare environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of clinical workflows and product applications.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a natural ability to engage, train, and inspire healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• A strong patient-focused mindset, coupled with outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to foster trust and collaboration.
• Residency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with the flexibility to travel locally as required by the role.
