Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is tailored for fresh graduates and junior engineers who are enthusiastic about launching and advancing their careers in a professional, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems while gaining invaluable hands-on experience under the guidance of industry experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical components and systems to meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and other engineers, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Conduct feasibility studies, performance evaluations, and technical assessments to identify innovative solutions and improve system efficiency.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, reports, and documentation using industry-standard software tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar platforms.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and troubleshooting activities to ensure compliance with design intent and resolve any on-site challenges.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to enhance technical knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 0 to 3 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in theoretical and practical aspects of the discipline.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia, with the ability to work on-site in Riyadh.
• Saudi nationals are strongly encouraged to apply. Alternatively, candidates holding a valid transferable residency permit (Iqama) will also be considered.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to support colleagues across departments.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional growth, including a desire to learn new skills, adapt to evolving industry demands, and contribute to the success of the organization.
