Role Summary

Acuative is currently seeking an accomplished Project Manager to oversee the comprehensive delivery of a strategic data platform and business intelligence initiative. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the project plan, budget oversight, and governance framework, serving as the primary liaison between Acuative’s delivery team and client stakeholders. Your leadership will ensure the engagement is executed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning through implementation, go-live, and final handover.
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop, maintain, and manage an integrated project plan, budget, and resource allocation to drive successful delivery.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to mitigate potential disruptions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the central point of communication, managing expectations and fostering alignment between client and internal teams.
• Governance Oversight: Chair critical governance meetings, including steering committees and working-group sessions, to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Status Reporting & Quality Assurance: Generate regular, accurate status reports detailing progress, milestones, risks, and financial performance while coordinating reviews, acceptance criteria, and sign-off processes to uphold delivery quality.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of hands-on project management experience in delivering complex technology programs.
• Active PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing data and/or analytics projects of comparable scale and complexity.
• Strong proficiency in project governance, strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering projects within a consulting or systems-integration environment.
• Familiarity with data platform, Lakehouse, or Business Intelligence (BI) delivery lifecycles.
• Certifications in Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies, such as PMI-ACP or Scrum.
