Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Comprehensive Testing Strategies: Design and implement detailed test plans, test cases, and testing methodologies to ensure thorough coverage of software applications across all phases of development.
• Manage Testing Environments: Configure, maintain, and optimize testing environments to support efficient and accurate test execution, ensuring readiness for every test cycle.
• Execute Rigorous Testing: Perform both manual and automated testing to validate software functionality, performance, and usability. Document all test results meticulously to provide clear insights for development teams.
• Defect Identification and Resolution: Identify, log, and track defects using industry-standard tools, ensuring timely resolution and verification of fixes. Conduct regression testing to validate that new changes do not introduce new issues.
• Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to facilitate effective defect resolution, ensuring alignment between testing efforts and development priorities.
• Validate Business and Technical Requirements: Review requirements to assess completeness, testability, and adherence to quality standards, ensuring that all deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor and Improve Quality Metrics: Track key software quality metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance testing processes and overall product quality.
• Support Release Activities: Participate in final quality verification and sign-off procedures to ensure that all releases meet predefined quality benchmarks before deployment.
• Mentor and Upskill Team Members: Guide junior QA team members, share best practices, and promote a culture of continuous learning and quality assurance excellence.
• Engage in Agile Ceremonies: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to contribute to iterative improvements and align testing efforts with project goals.
• Ensure Compliance with Standards: Adhere to organizational quality standards, policies, and software development methodologies to maintain consistency and reliability in all deliverables.
