This program offers a unique opportunity for Saudi nationals holding a bachelor’s degree or higher to gain hands-on training within a dynamic and internationally recognized organization. The Tamheer Program is specifically tailored for graduates who have not been employed in the past six months, providing them with a pathway to enhance their employability and prepare for future full-time career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Laboratory Specialist participating in the Tamheer Program, you will be immersed in a professional laboratory environment where you will contribute to critical research, testing, and analysis processes. Your role will involve supporting senior laboratory staff in conducting experiments, maintaining equipment, recording data, and ensuring compliance with established safety and quality protocols. This hands-on experience will allow you to develop technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and a deeper understanding of laboratory operations.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant medical or scientific discipline.
• Have not been employed or registered with the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) for the past six months.
• Must not have previously participated in the Tamheer Program.
