Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the HORECA sector to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering firms, and institutional customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning, effective negotiation, and targeted sales efforts.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct regular on-site visits and business reviews to assess customer needs, address concerns, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Product Promotion: Champion our fresh food product portfolio by educating customers on product benefits, quality, and availability, and positioning our offerings as the preferred choice in the market.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and exceptional post-sales support.
• Financial Compliance: Monitor and ensure timely payment collection, adherence to credit policies, and accurate record-keeping to maintain financial integrity.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Event Representation: Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in HORECA sales, with a strong focus on fresh food products.
• In-depth knowledge of the HORECA market, including key players, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated success in selling fresh food products such as meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, fruits, vegetables, and chilled products.
• Strong network within the HORECA sector, with the ability to leverage relationships to drive sales growth.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve challenging sales targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in business development and key account management within the B2B sales environment.
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
• Familiarity with fresh food supply chain dynamics and quality standards.
