Key Responsibilities

• Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions with precision and artistry.
• Provide expert eyebrow shaping, threading, and tinting services to enhance natural beauty.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace in compliance with salon hygiene standards.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
• Ensure client satisfaction through attentive service and follow-up care recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in lash extensions and eyebrow artistry.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a salon or beauty spa environment.
• Certification in cosmetology, esthetics, or a related field (TESDA certification is preferred).
• Proven expertise in classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions, as well as eyebrow shaping, threading, and tinting.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a commitment to excellence.
