Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Prepare and measure raw materials with meticulous accuracy, adhering strictly to product specifications, formulas, and quality standards to ensure consistency in every batch.
• Operate and maintain mixing equipment efficiently, blending ingredients to precise formulations while monitoring the process to guarantee optimal results.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the mixing process, making real-time adjustments as needed to meet or exceed product specifications.
• Document all critical information, including material usage, batch numbers, and process details, to ensure full traceability and compliance with quality control protocols.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in the workplace, adhering to all safety guidelines and company protocols to create a secure and compliant environment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to mixing equipment or ingredient inconsistencies, promptly reporting malfunctions to supervisors and collaborating on solutions.
• Support inventory management by monitoring raw material stock levels and communicating replenishment needs to ensure seamless production workflows.
• Contribute to process improvements, cost-reduction initiatives, and waste management strategies, helping to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Assist with any additional tasks as directed by your direct manager to support overall production objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, complemented by additional training or certifications in a related field, though not mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Mixing Technician or in a similar capacity within a manufacturing or production environment, demonstrating your ability to handle complex mixing processes.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, both verbally and in writing, to facilitate clear communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, enabling you to diagnose and resolve mixing issues efficiently and effectively.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities, as you will work closely with colleagues to achieve production targets and maintain a cohesive workflow.
