Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with guests by offering personalized recommendations, answering questions about coffee origins and brewing methods, and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Efficiency and Time Management: Work efficiently in a high-volume setting, managing multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Barista, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Coffee Expertise: Solid knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and specialty coffee preparation methods.
