Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical problems for end users, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. This includes addressing hardware malfunctions, software glitches, and network connectivity issues with a systematic and solution-oriented approach.
• System Maintenance and Security: Conduct regular checks, apply necessary updates, and implement security patches to maintain the integrity and performance of our IT infrastructure. Your proactive efforts will help prevent potential vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Hardware and Software Management: Configure new devices, install software applications, and verify compatibility with existing systems. Your technical proficiency will support the seamless integration of new technology into our operational framework.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and system updates to support continuous improvement and compliance. Your meticulous documentation will provide valuable insights for future IT planning and audits.
• Data Backup and Recovery: Ensure the regular, scheduled backup of all business-critical and user-relevant data to safeguard against data loss and ensure business continuity.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong academic background and hands-on experience in information systems management. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• A university degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Programming, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role, such as Information Systems Coordinator or Assistant Information Systems Manager, with a minimum of two years in an operation utilizing advanced technology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and administrative tasks, with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and provide clear guidance to end users.
