• Product Knowledge: Stay current with product features, benefits, availability, and promotions to confidently advise customers and address their inquiries with expertise.
• Point-of-Sale Operations: Operate cash registers and payment systems with precision, process transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently, and adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
• Customer Service and Aftercare: Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, escalate issues as needed, and follow up to ensure ongoing satisfaction and trust.
