About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Al Adwaa Factory for Lighting Fixtures. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless communication between our customers and internal departments. Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, preparing accurate quotations, maintaining up-to-date CRM records, and facilitating timely follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales efficiency. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Quotation Management: Prepare detailed and competitive quotations in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Follow up on submitted quotations to maximize conversion opportunities.
• CRM Administration: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights to the sales team.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal departments, including sales, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless order processing and customer support.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, including contracts, order confirmations, and follow-up reports, to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience: Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role within the lighting or industrial sector is highly advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems are essential for success in this role.
• Legal Requirements: Valid Iqama and current residency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
