Key Responsibilities

As the **Medical Manager – Neuroscience**, your responsibilities will include:

• Medical and Scientific Leadership: Provide expert medical and scientific input to clinical trial activities, including study initiation, oversight, and evidence generation initiatives. Collaborate on non-interventional studies and investigator-initiated trials to strengthen the therapeutic landscape in neuroscience.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and nurture credible relationships with medical experts, key opinion leaders, and decision-makers to drive impactful partnerships. Engage with stakeholders across the disease journey, from research to market access, ensuring alignment with global and local compliance standards.
• Compliance and Content Review: Review and approve medical and promotional materials to ensure adherence to local and global regulatory requirements. Ensure all communications are accurate, compliant, and aligned with Novartis’ strategic objectives.
• Cross-Functional Insights: Share actionable medical insights with teams across Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Quality, and Commercial functions. Leverage data and digital tools to support informed decision-making and enhance stakeholder engagement.
• Evidence Generation: Support the development of standard response documents and contribute to publications and data generation initiatives that advance neuroscience therapies.
