Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Oversight: Lead the inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Diagnose mechanical issues promptly and implement effective solutions to minimize operational disruptions.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and manage maintenance schedules, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align mechanical operations with broader business objectives.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to maintain a secure and compliant workspace.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze system efficiency, and recommend improvements to enhance operational workflows.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and technical reports to support decision-making and audits.
• Vendor and Supplier Management: Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to source high-quality parts and materials while negotiating favorable terms.

Core Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or in a senior mechanical/technical role, with a strong background in machinery maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
• Leadership and Management: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide, train, and motivate a team of technicians to achieve high performance standards.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, industrial machinery, and related technologies.
