As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with the Piping Superintendent to oversee all phases of piping activities, ensuring seamless coordination, adherence to standards, and timely project delivery.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing piping workflows, from conceptual planning to on-site execution. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing comprehensive work packs, scheduling daily tasks, and interfacing with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. With a focus on innovation and cost-effectiveness, you will propose streamlined installation methods that enhance productivity while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your responsibilities will span multiple critical areas, including:

• Project Execution and Compliance: Ensure all piping activities are conducted in strict adherence to Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) policies, as well as industry-specific rules and standards.
• Schedule and Resource Management: Assist in managing project tracking systems, updating schedules, and monitoring progress to guarantee on-time delivery. Leverage lessons learned from past projects to refine processes and enhance future outcomes.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between engineering, quality control (QC) inspectors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflows. Collaborate with QC teams to complete Inspection Test Reports (ITRs) and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct toolbox talks and training sessions to reinforce safety protocols and best practices within the piping department.
• Change Management: Support the preparation, submission, and monitoring of additional work requests and change orders to adapt to evolving project requirements while maintaining budgetary control.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide actionable insights to the planning department to optimize work execution, resource allocation, and overall project efficiency.

To thrive in this role, you will bring a robust background in the offshore oil and gas construction industry, with **3 to 9 years of relevant experience**. A **bachelor’s degree in engineering** or an equivalent qualification is essential, along with fluency in English to facilitate seamless communication across diverse teams.
