Key Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will be responsible for the following core functions:

• Process Analysis and Improvement: Conduct in-depth evaluations of current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement. Develop and implement strategic solutions that align with organizational objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clear communication, alignment, and successful project execution. Facilitate cross-functional workshops and elaboration sessions to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Change Management: Proactively manage change requests by assessing their impact, scope, and feasibility. Collaborate with project teams to implement changes efficiently while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
• Project Planning and Roadmapping: Assist Project Managers in developing comprehensive project plans and product roadmaps. Ensure that deliverables are aligned with business goals and delivered within stipulated timelines.
• Data Analysis and Documentation: Perform detailed data analysis to derive actionable insights and support decision-making. Create and maintain accurate documentation, including process flow diagrams, change request records, and requirement specifications.
• Agile Participation: Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, to ensure iterative progress and continuous improvement.
• Mentorship and Support: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are advantageous.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field, preferably within the IT or consulting industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) and business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
