Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Project Manager will play a central role in driving client success and operational excellence. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the trusted advisor to clients, understanding their strategic goals and translating them into actionable project briefs. Foster long-term partnerships by consistently delivering value and exceeding expectations.
• Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from initial concept to final delivery. Manage project timelines, prioritize deliverables, and ensure alignment with client objectives and internal team capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with creative, content, production, social media, and media-buying teams to ensure cohesive project execution. Facilitate seamless communication and resolve any operational challenges that may arise.
• Client Engagement: Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and meeting minutes to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Scope and Budget Management: Monitor project scope, budgets, and risks to prevent scope creep and ensure financial accountability. Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings without compromising quality.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including proposals, briefs, and status reports. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Account Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand client accounts by uncovering additional needs and proposing tailored solutions. Strengthen client loyalty through exceptional service and innovative strategies.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will bring a minimum of two years of experience in account management or project management, preferably within a marketing, advertising, creative, or events agency. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively in written and verbal formats.
• Client Servicing: A proven track record in client-facing roles, with strong presentation and negotiation skills to build trust and drive consensus.
• Organizational Excellence: Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
