Position Overview

We are seeking a distinguished and patient-centered Aesthetic Dermatologist to join a leading medical aesthetics practice in the vibrant city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on expertise in non-surgical cosmetic dermatology, a deep understanding of the Saudi aesthetic market, and a commitment to delivering safe, natural, and exceptional results. Prior professional experience in Jeddah is highly advantageous, as it provides insight into the unique patient demographics and aesthetic preferences of the region.

Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of advanced aesthetic dermatology procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety. Key duties include:

• Clinical & Aesthetic Practice:
  • Conducting advanced aesthetic dermatology procedures such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers (including face contouring, lip augmentation, under-eye treatments, and jawline enhancement), skin rejuvenation, anti-aging treatments, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and regenerative therapies, as well as laser and energy-based aesthetic procedures (where qualified).
  • Performing thorough patient consultations to assess skin conditions, discuss treatment goals, and develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs and safety requirements.
  • Ensuring patient satisfaction through meticulous procedural execution, ethical practice, and adherence to clinical excellence.
• Patient Care & Compliance:
  • Providing comprehensive patient education on procedures, anticipated outcomes, potential risks, and post-treatment care instructions.
  • Maintaining accurate, detailed, and compliant medical records in accordance with Saudi healthcare regulations and data protection standards.
  • Strictly adhering to infection control protocols, obtaining informed consent, and safeguarding patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Ensuring full compliance with guidelines set forth by the Saudi Ministry of Health and the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Collaboration & Professional Conduct:
  • Working collaboratively with nursing, laser therapy, and administrative teams to optimize clinic operations and enhance patient experience.
  • Contributing to the clinic’s reputation for excellence by staying abreast of the latest advancements in aesthetic dermatology and aligning treatments with current market trends in Saudi Arabia.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

To qualify for this prestigious role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education & Training:
  • Holding a Medical Degree with a specialization in Dermatology.
  • Completion of recognized training in aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology procedures.
• Licensing & Certification:
  • Possession of a valid SCFHS license as a Dermatology Consultant or Specialist—this is a mandatory requirement for practice in Saudi Arabia.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with transferable or renewable SCFHS classification, ensuring seamless integration into the local healthcare system.
• Experience:
  • Proven hands-on experience in aesthetic dermatology within a clinical or aesthetic practice setting.
  • Prior professional experience in Jeddah is highly desirable, as it demonstrates familiarity with local patient expectations, market demands, and the nuances of high-volume, premium aesthetic practices.
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries is strongly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
