As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert at our prestigious Red Sea resort, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an unparalleled guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic appeal throughout the property. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will be entrusted with upholding the impeccable standards synonymous with Ritz-Carlton hospitality. Your daily duties will include:

• Room and Public Space Maintenance: Ensuring guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and other public areas are meticulously cleaned, sanitized, and presented in accordance with brand standards. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing amenities to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Guest Request Fulfillment: Promptly addressing and resolving guest inquiries or special requests related to cleanliness, comfort, or room amenities, demonstrating attentiveness and a proactive approach to service.
• Supply Management: Stocking and organizing housekeeping carts with essential cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities to ensure seamless operations and minimal disruption to guest experiences.
• Physical Demands: Performing tasks that require sustained physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg). Mobility and the ability to work efficiently in various areas of the hotel are essential.
• Adherence to Safety and Quality Standards: Following all company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance guidelines to maintain a secure and compliant work environment. This includes proper handling of chemicals, equipment, and waste materials.
• Professional Conduct: Presenting a polished appearance through uniform compliance, personal grooming, and courteous communication. Upholding the confidentiality of guest information and property details is paramount.
• Collaboration and Adaptability: Working closely with other departments, such as front desk, maintenance, and food & beverage, to ensure a cohesive and seamless guest experience. Adapting to changing priorities and operational needs with flexibility and a positive attitude.
