Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking a **highly motivated GRC Specialist** with a strong foundation in legal compliance, risk management, and governance. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Education: A **Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)** or a related field, with a focus on compliance, risk management, or governance.
• Experience: A minimum of **three years** in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), legal compliance, risk management, internal audit, or corporate governance—preferably within regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, government, or telecommunications.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as **GRCP, GRCA, CRCM, ISO 37301, ISO 31000, or similar** are highly advantageous and will be recognized as a significant asset.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO), regulatory compliance requirements, and risk management principles, including data privacy and information security regulations.
• Experience with Compliance Tools: Familiarity with GRC software and tools, such as ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream, or RSA Archer, is a strong plus.
