Finance Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our esteemed clinic in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring strict adherence to Saudi financial regulations, taxation, and compliance frameworks. This position demands a deep understanding of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) and Ministry of Commerce (MOCI) requirements, as well as expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted in Saudi Arabia. The Finance Manager will be responsible for driving financial accuracy, strategic planning, and robust internal controls to support the clinic’s long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS standards and Saudi regulatory frameworks, including Zakat and VAT obligations. Prepare and submit statutory filings to relevant authorities, including the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority and the Ministry of Commerce.
• Budgeting & Financial Planning: Develop, monitor, and manage the clinic’s annual budget, aligning financial plans with strategic goals. Conduct detailed financial forecasting to support decision-making and resource allocation.
• Cash Flow & Cost Management: Oversee cash flow management to optimize liquidity and financial stability. Implement cost-control measures to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
• Audit & Regulatory Oversight: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate, complete, and compliant with legal requirements. Address audit findings promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Internal Controls & Governance: Establish and enforce robust internal financial policies, governance frameworks, and control mechanisms to mitigate risks and ensure financial integrity. Regularly review and update policies to align with evolving regulations.
• Strategic Financial Analysis: Provide data-driven financial insights to support executive decision-making, including investment evaluations, pricing strategies, and operational improvements. Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with corporate objectives.
• Tax & Zakat Management: Ensure full compliance with Saudi tax laws, including VAT and Zakat obligations. Prepare and file tax returns, manage tax audits, and optimize tax planning to minimize liabilities while adhering to regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in finance or accounting, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in Saudi Arabia’s regulatory environment.
• Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, or ACCA are highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated expertise in IFRS, Zakat, VAT, and Saudi corporate governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead financial operations, manage audits, and implement internal controls in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
