• Corrective Action Champion: Lead the development and implementation of corrective and preventive action plans (CAPAs) to address identified issues. Monitor progress and verify closure of findings, ensuring sustained compliance and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Services, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field. Advanced certifications in medical quality or compliance are a significant advantage.
• Experience: A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in medical quality control, healthcare compliance, or medical auditing. Proven success in identifying non-compliance, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement in healthcare settings.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of medical documentation standards, healthcare regulations (such as ISO 9001, JCI, or local Saudi healthcare directives), and patient safety protocols. Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and audit software is highly beneficial.
