Our Orthopaedics teams are revolutionizing the field by merging biology and technology to create the next generation of advanced treatments. Position Overview: Territory Manager – Orthopaedics

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager – Orthopaedics to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability within your assigned territory while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the orthopaedic healthcare ecosystem. Your mission will be to deliver innovative solutions that enhance patient care and support the clinical and economic objectives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Profitability: Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on profitability, ensuring sustainable growth within your territory.
• Field Sales Excellence: Dedicate 75% of your working time to field activities, engaging with surgeons, healthcare providers, and key decision-makers to promote our orthopaedic portfolio.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of field operations and alignment with customer needs.
• Customer Engagement: Organize and lead professional, high-impact meetings with targeted customers, demonstrating the clinical and economic value of our solutions while addressing their specific challenges.
• Cold Calling and Prospecting: Conduct strategic outdoor field sales through cold calling and targeted outreach, utilizing the AIDINC framework to identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships that drive repeat business and referrals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in medical device sales, particularly within the orthopaedic or related healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare market, and the ability to build trust with key opinion leaders. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, life sciences, or healthcare, is preferred, along with prior experience in a sales or business development role. Fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous, as is a demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with healthcare regulations.
