By automating routine processes, you will help clients reduce management friction, eliminate reliance on memory, and ensure critical follow-ups are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Optimize Automation Workflows: Design, build, and maintain automated workflows that integrate communication platforms (e.g., Slack, email) with project management tools to enhance productivity and data flow.
• AI-Powered Documentation: Configure and refine large language model prompts to transform meeting transcripts into concise, actionable notes, ensuring clarity and alignment with client objectives.
• System Integration and Testing: Troubleshoot and validate automation scripts to guarantee seamless data transfer across client systems, maintaining accuracy and reliability.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create clear, user-friendly documentation that explains automation processes, enabling clients to adopt and utilize tools independently.
• Process Analysis and Improvement: Collaborate with the consulting team to identify manual, repetitive tasks that can be automated, proposing practical technical solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Data Preparation and Quality Assurance: Clean, organize, and structure datasets to optimize AI tool performance and ensure high-quality outputs for client decision-making.
