Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad range of operational, compliance, and coordination duties, including but not limited to:

• Precision Weighing and Verification: Operate calibrated weighing equipment to accurately measure raw materials, finished goods, and returned items. Verify product details, batch numbers, and packaging integrity before processing, ensuring every transaction meets the required standards.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain meticulous weighing logs, digital records, and system entries to ensure full traceability and audit readiness. Adhere to SFDA regulations, internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies. Promptly report any discrepancies in weight, product codes, or documentation to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Equipment Maintenance and Safety: Conduct regular checks to ensure weighing scales are clean, calibrated, and fully operational. Follow all safety protocols when handling materials and operating equipment, and immediately escalate any malfunctions or calibration issues to your supervisor.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between warehouse teams, quality control, and dispatch to facilitate the efficient movement of materials. Support urgent weighing requests for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing and minimal disruptions to workflows.
